The IVCJ had organised a one day Workshop on Private Equity and Venture Capital at the Company Level for SMEs, exclusively focused on Early Stage Ventures and Small and Medium Enterprises. The event was held at the Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai on 30 th April, 2008. Featuring erudite faculties, who are active practitioners in the industry, the workshop was an interactive knowledge dissemination platform. The instructional workshop on Private Equity & Venture Capital equipped the participants to move into the fast track for understanding market dynamics and building a strong competency on valuation, deal modelling and structuring. The package includes a complete set of menu-driven high-resolution DVDs covering the entire workshop, from the opening session to the closing session of the day.
